A new Susquehanna Polling & Research (R) survey in Pennsylvania finds Pat Toomey (R) leading Sen. Arlen Specter (D-PA), 42% to 36%, with 18% still undecided.
In contrast, a recent Quinnipiac poll showed Specter up by 7, while a Research 2000 poll showed him leading by 6.
